Summer...what happened to it? This has been the coldest summer on record, did I already say that? Rain and wind, a nice day, then three or four more days of cool, windy and rainy weather. Its really weighing me down lately. I have been doing some beading and some painting, and a lot of wimping around. I really need another bright and sunny day, PLEASE!!!!! Now they have ads on TV for back-to-school....ENOUGH ALREADY!!!! Went to coffee with "The Girls" today, thought that would help..not so much. My mind just flits from one thing to the next, never really settling anywhere. The wind almost wiped out my tiny garden, broke my pole beans down and they were just starting to bloom. I really have nothing positive to say so I will just shut up. Maybe tomorrow...... (Necklace and earrings SOLD)

Gosh the weather is weird everywhere. We have had 2 months of 90 plus degrees and draught. Its going to be hard to buy groceries this winter.
But..we will survive to bead and sew on!!

because that sounds like the weather we've been having in seattle!
the slugs are so big this year I'm afraid they'll adsorb the cat!
ah well this too shall pass and next year will be different.
if it can't be pretty outside at least it can be pretty on the sewing table!
This is a strange year. I think we need to trade places for a week or so. I'm in the US (Iowa) and we are experiencing a draught and some triple digit temps. We have gotten a little relief the last couple of weekends. As they say...feast or famine.
Oh, I love, love, love that raven picture!! Did you know I have a thing for crows??? The beadwork is beautiful as always!!!
